It is like having a post office box without having to check on it yourself. Our virtual mailbox service starts at just $20 per month and includes one sending at the end of each month. There are no commitments, and you can cancel anytime. If you want us to send your mail more often or at a different time, we will do that too for an additional $10 handling fee plus postage per send.

*Letter sized mail is defined as any letter with a length between 5 and 11.5 inches, a height between 3.5 and 6.125 inches, and a weight no more than 1 oz.

In the US, a USPS Form 1583 is required for any mailbox service. This form must be notarized and accompanied by two forms of ID, and the original (with copies of the ID's) must be sent to us BEFORE we can issue you a mailbox and form your company. The Online Notary Service is more convenient and greatly speeds up the process of forming your new company with a virtual mailbox of your own.

Warning: FinCEN and the Statute requires disclosure of the "current street address of its principal place of business if that address is in the United States (for example, a U.S. reporting company’s headquarters)."

DO NOT USE your Registered Agent address, if you use a third-party Registered Agent, because you (i) do not have control over that address, (ii) have no legal basis to claim it's your principal place of business, and (iii) cannot show your Company owns or leases an address that is physically distinct from the place of business of any other unaffiliated entity (required to assert a large entity exemption).

While using a PO Box will not work under any scenario, you can use a mailbox as an address for the Company, although a mailbox will not work for individuals. If interested, consider a L4SB Virtual Mailbox or obtain a CMRA Virtual Mailbox somewhere convenient, and use that address. If you do, we would recommend you permit us to update and revise your Articles to reflect the new address.
