Tax Attorney Consultation

Talk with a licensed Tax Attorney for 30-minutes.  Tax attorneys are great to help you understand how to approach and/or deal with audits (or how to avoid audits altogether), to understand the best tax minimization strategies, and to steer clear of problems.  Tax attorneys are not good at helping you file taxes or tax-related questions for your filings (that’s what CPA’s are for).

When you order, we will EMAIL YOU a calendar request to schedule a time to talk with you over the phone.

Our tax attorney is licensed in the State of New Mexico, and can therefore only provide legal advice related to individuals and businesses located in the State of New Mexico. For everyone else, our tax attorney can provide “general advice” and legal advice regarding federal tax law.

We cannot represent individuals or businesses outside the State of New Mexico (NM). For all other states, this consult is for quick advice and educational purposes only, not long-term representation.
